GRANTWRITING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERIES
While there are no upcoming dates scheduled for spring and summer for my Prospect Research workshop, and I've retired my 3-hour Grantwriting 101 master class from last year, they're still available for booking as private workshops. Whether you want to run your whole staff and board through an intensive training, or you partner with a coalition of peer nonprofits who support each other with resource-sharing, these are both great opportunities to get a group together and custom-tailor a workshop to your needs.
PROSPECT RESEARCH WORKSHOPS
By far the most common question I hear from aspiring grantwriters is "Where do I find which grants I should apply for?" In this cozy, hands-on workshop, we will go over some of the basic tools of prospect research before diving in together in real time; I'll share my screen as we put on our detective hats and go digging through the internet to try and chase down at least one real, new lead for everyone in the class.
GRANTWRITING 101 MASTER CLASS
This class is geared toward beginners, starting with how to collect and assemble the foundational building blocks of a grant, through all my best tips and tricks (how do you make your application stronger? what are the most common reasons grants get declined?), culminating in a guided tour through the tools I use for my own work like calendar tracking and sample budgets, and ending with a Q&A where I tackle everybody's questions.
5-HOUR CONSULTING PACKAGE
Do you have a particularly unwieldy or complicated grant coming up that could use a punch-up? Do you need help building a grants calendar to get you started? Are you interested in building a practice as a freelance grantwriter and want some mentorship and support? I can help! My calendar is currently open for new clients. CONTRACT PACKAGES
As of November 2026, my books are currently open for new regular grantwriting clients. My rate is $125/hr, and we can work together to build a package that suits your needs and budget. I work with some nonprofits bringing in less than $30k a year and others over $40 million a year. Some folks need help with prospect research, building a calendar, writing one or two grants that can be reused as templates, and then are good to keep going themselves once the foundation is laid. Some folks need year-round help to manage a whole portfolio of 30-40 funders, from calendar management to writing and submission to tracking and reporting.
